These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReachO (the "Service"), a WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Wan Buffer Services at https://reacho.live. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the legal entity you represent.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use & WhatsApp policies

You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Specifically, you must not send unsolicited messages, deceptive content, or messages prohibited by Meta. You must obtain and maintain proof of opt-in consent from every recipient.

4. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Fees

WhatsApp conversation fees set by Meta are billed by Meta directly to your WABA. The Service may charge separate platform fees described at the time of purchase.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your workspace from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or WhatsApp policies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
