Sign in to the dashboard and open Settings → Contact us so we can tie your message to your workspace.
Delete your ReachO account & data
ReachO (by Wan Buffer Services) lets you delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. You can do this yourself in the mobile app, or request it from us by email.
- Open the ReachO app and go to the More → Settings tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your workspace and all its data are erased immediately and you are signed out.
Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We action verified requests within 7 business days.
Your profile, workspace, WhatsApp connection & tokens, contacts, conversations and messages, templates, campaigns, leads, tickets, groups, segments, team members, API keys, and push-device tokens — permanently removed from our database.
Limited billing/transaction records required by law are kept for up to 7 years. Anonymised, non-identifying logs may persist in backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
