WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp account at Meta's standard rates — our plan price is a flat software subscription with no per-message markup. Service (customer-initiated) conversations are always free.

Pay-as-you-go: WhatsApp conversation charges
Meta charges per-conversation fees that vary by country and conversation category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, Service). These charges are billed to your workspace at cost (zero markup) on top of your plan, invoiced monthly. The latest WhatsApp Business Platform rate card is available at developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/pricing.
Billing & payment
- All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, and wallets.
- Monthly plans renew automatically on the same calendar day each month.
- Annual plans receive a 2-month discount equivalent (10 months billed).
- A GST-compliant tax invoice is emailed within 24 hours of each successful payment.
