1. Nature of the service
ReachO is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product operated by Wan Buffer Services. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. There is therefore no shipping, courier, or freight component associated with any purchase made through our website at https://reacho.live.
2. Digital delivery
- Access to the Service is delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation by Razorpay.
- Your workspace plan is upgraded automatically within a few minutes of the payment webhook being received. In rare cases, this may take up to 24 hours.
- An invoice and payment receipt are emailed to the workspace owner's registered email address.
- Subscription features (templates, broadcasts, automations, analytics) become available immediately on the upgraded plan.
3. If activation is delayed
If your workspace has not been upgraded within 24 hours of a successful payment, please email [email protected] with your workspace name and the Razorpay payment reference ID. We will manually reconcile and activate within one business day.
4. Service availability
Once activated, the Service is available 24×7 over the public internet subject to scheduled maintenance windows and the upstream availability of Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access; see our Terms of Service for the full availability commitment.
5. International availability
ReachO is delivered digitally and is available globally wherever the WhatsApp Business Platform and Razorpay are supported. There are no regional shipping restrictions because there are no physical shipments.
