Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of ReachO, a Software-as-a-Service product operated by Wan Buffer Services, accessible at https://reacho.live. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription cancellation

  • You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your workspace Settings → Billing page, or by emailing [email protected].
  • On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, the workspace automatically downgrades to the Starter (free) tier.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time; your data and contacts are retained while your workspace remains active.

2. Refund eligibility

  • 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a newly purchased monthly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the first payment on that plan.
  • Annual plans: Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time.
  • Renewals: Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.
  • Add-ons & usage: Pay-as-you-go usage (WhatsApp conversation charges, message credits, SMS/email add-ons) is non-refundable once consumed.

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Policy, or the WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
  • Service downtime caused by upstream providers (Meta WhatsApp Cloud API outages, hosting incidents) where commercially reasonable mitigations were in place.
  • Charges incurred for messages already delivered through the WhatsApp Cloud API; Meta charges per-conversation pricing that we cannot reverse.
  • Setup fees, custom integration fees, or professional services already rendered.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address registered on your workspace, with:

  • Workspace name and the registered email.
  • Order / payment reference ID (from Razorpay receipt).
  • Reason for the refund request.

5. Processing time

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank settlement typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or UPI provider.
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated, including the Razorpay refund reference ID.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most disputes can be resolved within 48 hours. Unauthorised chargebacks on legitimately delivered services may result in workspace suspension until the dispute is resolved.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email.
